JOB PURPOSE – SUMMARY

The candidate will be required to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content for a variety of platforms. The candidate will use creativity and technical skills to produce graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia elements that effectively communicate the intended message and enhance the overall user experience.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

•  Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials.

•  Design logos, illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements

•  Ensure consistency in branding across all design assets.

•  Create and design digital images, video animations, and textual animations.

•  Ensuring that the final product aligns with relevant requirements and is delivered on time under minimal supervision.

•  Work closely with the content managers to generate creative ideas and concepts.

•  Possess good communication in collaborating with all team members.

•  Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit videos for various purposes.

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program management, content management, community managers and developers.

•  Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

•  Ensure all creative assets produced have a creative quality score of 95%

•  Ensure all art produced is fit for platform

•  Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

•  Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing project requirements.

•  Proficient in using graphic design software, video editing tools, and animation software.

PROFESSION, TECHNICAL SKILL AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

•  Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

•  Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or similar role.

•  Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of multimedia projects.

•  Proficient in industry-standard design and multimedia software.

•  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

•  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

•  Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.
