Role Summary
• The Media Executive will be responsible for overseeing the execution and management of media campaigns, vendor relationships, and client communication. A Media Executive requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can ensure that media campaigns run smoothly, suppliers meet their commitments, and clients receive exceptional service
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborating with clients to meet their advertising goals.
• Compiling monthly reports for clients, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
• Overseeing the tasks of sending invoices to clients and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Working collaboratively with commercial departments to oversee tasks related to billings, receiving supplier invoices, reconciliations, and vendor management.
• Monitoring supplier bookings daily, evaluating their performance against agreed monthly bookings.
• Educating suppliers on the importance of compliance, ensuring spots are aired within agreed time bands.
• Sharing booking details with suppliers via email and maintaining open communication channels.
• Supporting the commercial team with vendor management.
• Logging and processing of invoices.
• Supporting on commercial aspects in collaboration with finance and accounting department
Role Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years media planning/buying.
• Proven experience in media planning, execution, and reporting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using media planning and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage and meet multiple demands within timelines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Background in finance and accounting and experience dealing with suppliers and vendors will be an added advantage.
